• The ACS Queensland Branch would like to introduce our latest team member Angela Chen, Member, Accounts and Event Support. Angela has a history in temping for a number of different corporate companies and comes to the branch rescue with a great knowledge of CRM systems and tech programs. Read below to learn more about Angela and don’t forget to say hello to her at an upcoming event.

Tell us a little about yourself Angela

I have worked in sole charge administration and finance role for many years in various industries such as - international corporation, manufacturing, union, education, and non-profit organizations. The diversity of the experiences provides me different perspectives on the operations of organisation.       

What drew you to working for ACS QLD? 

I have always enjoyed learning new technologies. Being able to be involved with IT professionals and more opportunities to learn new skills as well as work with a group of dedicated and passionate people. 

What do you like to do on the weekends?

I love hiking in the bushes and just immersing myself in the beauty of nature. It makes you appreciate the gift of life and amazing nature. I also play tennis and badminton and practice yoga and pilates on a regular bases.
