Should you wish to join, please complete the  CorpIndivAppQANTASLoungeform.pdf including the ACS Corporate Membership Number (contact Member.Services@acs.org.au for the ACS Corporate Membership Number) at the top of the form and send with the number of membership year(s) you wish to join by email to frequent_flyer@qantas.com.au. QANTAS will send the payment invitation to your registered email address.

Please note: If you are already an individual member of QANTAS Club and wish to change to the ACS Corporate scheme you should complete the application form.

Please note to allow around two weeks for the application to be processed by QANTAS.
