1.   Junior IT Service Desk Engineer

The Junior IT Service Desk Engineer role is responsible for IT support services to ACS Business Units. This role will be working on the tickets that have been submitted by clients to the IT Service Desk via multiple mediums (web portal/chat/phone/email/walk-ups).

The Junior IT Service Desk Engineer role will act as an IT Liaison for new employees helping to assist in setting up their laptops and other devices/accessories.

2. IT Admin Coordinator

The IT Admin Coordinator role is responsible for providing the IT team with a support function that includes, accounts payable and receivable data and assisting with end-of-month activities, collaborating with other IT teams, and business stakeholders with the coordination of resources, meetings, and information.

The IT Admin Coordinator role is also responsible for supporting the IT team with a wide variety of tasks

  • Accounts payable and receivable data entry to Salesforce or SAP Concur and assisting with end-of-month activities
  • New vendor/supplier start-up documentation control and credit applications
  • Quotation/Bill of Material assistance-creating/editing of quotes
  • Sometimes plan and coordinate with our external IT suppliers and Vendors
