1.  Tell us about your tech career journey highlights to date?

  • I’ve really enjoyed the mix of the differing roles, industries and locations that I’ve been fortunate to enjoy during my career.
  • And managing and developing teams is very enjoyable and rewarding as you help them people grow their careers and enjoy new opportunities.

2.  Why did you get involved at ACS and what are you hoping to achieve on ACS Qld Branch Exec?

  • I’ve always wanted IT industry and staff to be seen and respected as professionals, and the ACS is very focussed on that.
  • And I’ve always been keen to ensure ACS members at all membership grades are recognised for their achievements and have the opportunities to develop successful and rewarding careers.
  • I’m also Chair of the ACS QLD Branch Fellows Committee, and want to ensure our members who go above and beyond are recognised. If you are keen on applying for ACS Fellowship and would like some further advice and support, please contact me at Nick.Brant@acs.org.au
