Professional Standards Scheme (PSS) – Annual Declaration
The PSS supports ACS Certified Professionals (CPs) in maintaining high standards of professionalism and consumer protection. If you are an ACS Certified Professional (CP), you are part of the PSS (unless an exemption has been granted).
What is the PSS Declaration?
A short annual declaration where you confirm your compliance with key professional obligations, including Continuing Professional Development (CPD), professional indemnity insurance (where required), and limited liability requirements.
Upcoming PSS Declaration Cycle (Jan–Mar 2026)
CPs with certification renewal dates in January, February, and March will be contacted shortly to complete their declaration. The process is quick and designed to support you in confirming your ongoing compliance.
Reminder
If your certification renewal fell between July and December 2025, you were issued a PSS Declaration in 2025. If you have not yet completed it, we kindly request you to do so as soon as possible.
