Australian Honours recommendations

The Australian Honours system recognises individuals who have made outstanding contributions to their profession, industry or the broader community, including through honours such as the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM). 

At ACS, the Australian Honours Reference Group (AHRG) supports a coordinated approach to identifying and considering potential candidates who may be suitable for nomination. The AHRG welcomes recommendations from ACS members, Elected Members, staff and the broader community.

To ensure all recommendations and correspondence relating to potential Australian Honours candidates are appropriately recorded, tracked and managed, please direct these to:
