Celebrating Leadership, Partnership, and the Future of South Australia’s Tech Sector
The ACS South Australia Leaders Lunch 2025 was a standout moment in our calendar - bringing together senior leaders, policymakers, and industry voices for a high-quality discussion on the future of technology, leadership, and innovation in South Australia.
Hosted at the iconic Adelaide Oval, the event opened with an inspiring and energetic address from Michael Brown MP, setting the tone for thoughtful, forward-focused conversations among peers who are actively shaping the state’s digital and economic landscape.
A key contributor to the success of the event was BDO South Australia, whose support and partnership were instrumental in delivering a Leaders Lunch that was both impactful and memorable. The alignment between ACS and BDO - particularly around leadership, data, AI, and professional excellence - was evident throughout the day.
Recently, Andrew Haste, ACS South Australia Branch Manager, had the pleasure of reconnecting with Jai Girdhar at BDO’s new South Australian office at 30 Pirie Street, Adelaide - conveniently located just across the road from the new ACS South Australia Office at 45 Pirie Street, within the shared Next Workspace.
The meeting provided a great opportunity to reflect on the success of the 2025 Leaders Lunch, revisit the outcomes and conversations sparked on the day, and continue dialogue around shared priorities in data, AI, and leadership capability across South Australia’s tech ecosystem.
As ACS South Australia looks ahead, we are excited about the prospect of continuing these conversations and strengthening our collaboration with BDO in 2026. The ACS SA Leaders Lunch will return in May 2026, and we look forward to building on the momentum created in 2025 - fostering deeper connections, richer discussion, and meaningful outcomes for our members and the broader industry.
If you’re in Pirie Street, we encourage you to connect with Jai Girdhar to learn more about BDO SA’s Data and AI Advisory services, or drop by the new ACS South Australia office to see how we’re supporting and growing the local technology community.
We’re grateful for the partnerships that make events like the Leaders Lunch possible, and we’re excited about what the next chapter holds.
Stay tuned for more updates as we move toward Leaders Lunch 2026.
