Call for Expression of Interest in Intern Poster Showcase Presentations

Highlights

Expressions of Interest (EoI) are sought by current or past interns in the ACS Foundation WIL Intern Program for poster presentation at the ACS 2026 WA Tech Summit to be held on 19 June 2026.

New for the Tech Summit in 2026, the Intern Poster Showcase will be held over morning and afternoon tea during the day long conference. The Showcase will feature poster presentations from current and recent interns, highlighting success stories arising from the ACS Foundation WIL program. 

Posters will focus on technical, business, and professional skills developed during your internship that contribute to your development as a workplace-ready emerging professional.

If your EoI is accepted, you will be provided with free attendance at the ACS 2026 WA Tech Summit and agree to:

• Prepare and print an A0 poster in portrait format for display at the ACS WA Branch Summit.

• Stand in front of the poster and informally discuss it with attendees over morning and afternoon tea.

This is a great opportunity to:

• Meet local ICT professionals

• Grow your personal network

• Promote your skills and abilities to prospective employers

Poster Prize

Tech Summit delegates will vote for the best poster.  The winner of the best poster will be presented with the Best Poster Certificate at the end of the conference. The recipient and their internship sponsor will also be acknowledged in the ACS WA eNews.

Eligibility

To be considered, you must be a current or past intern in the ACS Foundation WIL Internship Program.
